How does the service work?
We provide outsourced accounting services to reduce the administrative burden on your restaurant business. You’ll get a dedicated point of contact based in the United States, quality services, and monthly deliverables – in short, the right customized solutions to keep your finances in order.
Is pricing flexible based on what I need?
We deliver solutions that fit your needs, but we generally recommend that businesses begin with the four base services we deliver: financials, accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and sales taxes. From there, additional services can be customized to fit the requirements of your organization.
Do I have to pay extra for a dedicated point of contact?
No. All of our engagements include a dedicated point of contact who is assigned to your engagement specifically. They’ll be available via phone and email to collect information, answer questions, and address any needs – and, since they’re US-based, they’ll be responsive to your time zone.
What is needed to get started?
To get started, we need to have access to up-to-date financial data, ideally through a dedicated point of contact within your organization. Our team will be prompt and accurate in communicating our informational needs to service your engagement, and we find that having a person internally responsible for coordinating with us works best.
Will pricing be impacted if my work is out of date?
Updated financials are necessary in order for services to be delivered, but if your work is out of date, we can tailor engagements to efficiently address the issues. Remedial work can be structured as a separate project or incorporated into monthly service fees depending on what works best for your business.
Is software included in the service price?
Yes, software is included in our service pricing. We can work with your existing software or use new systems to suit your needs. We’re a certified Restaurant365 partner and have experience with virtually all industry software solutions.
How does payment work?
Payment is scheduled monthly.
What is included in cash flow management?
Cash flow management aims to gain control of your cash and includes weekly reporting tools to maximize working capital and a rolling 13-week cash forecast.
What are analytical services?
Analytical services provide annual budget preparation, monthly variance reporting, and operational reporting which gives insight into cost control and business expansion. It also includes bank covenant management and reporting, if applicable. This service takes some of the guesswork out of planning your business’s future.
What is third-party risk management?
This service provides a licensed CPA to interface with your external auditor and tax accountant. No longer do annual audits and tax reporting events need to be stressful or burdensome. All of your controls from cash flow to financial statements and the associated governance records are organized and reported so these annual events don’t produce surprises.
